How to Modify the Alloy Wheels for Your Car


Nowadays, general alloy wheels are made from the U.S. label A356.2 aluminum alloy material. The production process of alloy wheels can be divided into two types of casting and forging. The alloy wheels have four characteristics:
 1、The alloy wheels can improve driving comfort of vehicle. The alloy wheels have the metal characteristics of vibration absorbing and power rebound. Coupled with CNC machining dimensional accuracy, alloy wheels also have roundness and high deflection beat the small, well balanced.
2、With the alloy wheels, the vehicles drive normally and save fuel. Because of the weight of alloy wheels (compared with the same size steel wheels), the vehicles can reduce the wheel’s rotational inertia, so that the car improved acceleration and braking reduced the energy demand, thereby reducing fuel consumption.
3、The alloy wheels can improve traffic safety. For high-speed car, due to friction with the ground tires, brakes and other high temperature generated by tire, brake performance degradation are common occurrences. The bulk temperature coefficient of alloy wheels is two to three times steel wheels, coupled with the structural characteristics of aluminum alloy wheels, very easy to tires, brake system heat emission scattered in the air. Even in the long road in the case of continuous brake, the wheel system can also maintain an appropriate temperature. The alloy wheels can both reduce the braking system and wheels of aging; and can reduce the chance of a puncture, so as to enhance traffic safety.
4、The alloy wheels can improve the vehicle’s appearance. Modified set of beautiful alloy wheels, fuel economy, but also reduces the chance of a puncture in the high temperature in summer is very appropriate.
