Constituent parts of plastic extruder I - extruded system

The plastic extruder consists of extruded system, drive system and hvac system. The extruded system includes screw, cylinder, hopper, handpiece and mould.

screw
Screw is the central component of plastic extruder. It related on to the application ranges and produce rate of plastic extruder. The screw appeared by alloy steel who has high strength and can resist the corrosion.

Cylinder of plastic extruder is comprised of alloy steel which has heat resistance, compression strength, corrosion resistance or composite alloy steel. The cylinder cooperate with screw to obtain the smashing, soften, fusion, plastifying of plastic.

3. Hopper

Towards the bottom of hopper, there is cut off equipment to modify and cut off the material flow; inside the side of hopper, there is sight hole and Calibration measurement device.

4. handpiece and mould of plastic extruder

The purpose of handpiece is to change the rotary motion of plastic melt into liner motion. The plastic after plastify and compaction will go into the forming mole through handpiece.
